About Me

I decided to become a therapist after personally experiencing the impact of therapy as a client.   Therapy showed me the benefits of confiding in someone outside of my personal circle. My therapist provided a nurturing environment where I could freely express myself, whether through tears, silence, or laughter, without pressure to speak when words failed me. Witnessing the transformative power of this soothing space, I knew I wanted to offer this healing experience to others.

I am passionate about helping my clients draw on their strengths to get through difficult times and providing a setting of acceptance and safety.   You can feel free to come to therapy just as you are.  I encourage inquiries about the therapeutic process and value your feedback on how our sessions resonate with you.

Off the Clock

When Iā€™m not working with my clients I am often reading a book or taking long walks with my husband and our dog.  I love exploring San Francisco on foot, and getting to know the neighborhoods and communities that make SF so special.
